HOW TO QUALIFY
In order for us to process your rental application quickly, the application must be fully completed. Please have the manager go through the application with you.  Missing information may cause delay. 

Please submit the following information with your application:

•  Driver’s license or other form of  photo identification.

•  Social security card, paystub or other document showing your social           security number

•  A holding deposit of $50.00, which is not an extra fee, but part of your move-in costs, when your application is approved.  This must be either credit card, cash, money order, or cashier’s check.  We do not accept  personal checks for any of the move-in costs.  If your application is denied your holding deposit will be returned to you. However, if you provide us with false information in your application your deposit could be forfeited.

Once we have all of this information we can process your application.  This process may take some time depending on how easy or difficult it is to verify your information.  We normally have an answer within an hour, but in some cases it may take up to two days.  After your application has been approved we require the remainder of your security deposit (on approved credit) within three days, as a show of your good faith to hold the apartment until you move in.
